As one of the UK’s leading bakeries and the “World’s oldest pasty maker”, Warrens Bakery have taken an assignment of the lease at 91 Northcote Road, Battersea, SW11. The outgoing tenant, WIT Fitness, instructed Locate Retail to market the lease as part of a restructure of its store portfolio. With over 150 years of expertise in baking and with over 50 stores across multiple counties, Warrens Bakery use the artisan skills of their master bakers to create a broad range of award-winning, hand-crafted products.
WIT Fitness was represented by Locate Retail. Alisof Restaurants Ltd, a Warrens Bakery franchisee, was represented by Taylor Wilcox.
