After securing a change to D2 use, The Gym Group has completed a new lease on 15,800 square feet across Ground, Lower Ground and Mezzanine space on 17-21 Northumberland Avenue, WC2. The Gym Group has taken a 15-year lease on the property which used to be home to the Commonwealth Club.
