Our client, Rosslyn Coffee, has completed the lease on their first premises for their exciting espresso bar concept. Founded by two coffee industry experts, Rosslyn will offer the ultimate espresso bar experience for the City of London’s busy & discerning clientele. The ground floor premises at 78 Queen Victoria Street have been secured on a new lease basis from the landlord, Amsprop.
Rosslyn was represented by Locate Retail. The landlord was represented by Savills.
