Good things come to those who wait. In the case of the new Sainsbury’s Local at 3-5 Globe Road, London, E1 4DT it was a case of a new store coming about thanks to the determined efforts of planning consultants, lawyers, surveyors, project managers, a patient landlord and a doggedly determined acquisitions team. This project took several years to come to fruition but Locate Retail congratulates everyone involved with this acquisition.
