Sainsbury’s Local has exchanged the lease on a new store within the area used for the Athlete’s Village during the London Olympics in 2012. The convenience store will provide groceries to the residents of the thousands of new apartments in East Village, Stratford, E20.
Sainsbury’s was represented by Locate Retail, its retained agent for North East London.
