Locate Retail has been appointed to cover North West London in terms of new site acquisitions for Sainsbury's Local.  This new area is in addition to Locate Retail's responsibility for North East London which it has covered for over five years. So if you know of some perfect places for a Sainsbury's Local in North West & North East London please contact Oliver Langston at Locate Retail.

 

Please bear in mind the following criteria:

• Visible and accessible

• 2,500 – 12,000 sq ft

• Backup and sales can be split over two floors

• Minimum of 2,000 sq ft at ground floor

• Parking not essential, depending on location

• Existing business units

• New and mixed-use developments

• Pub conversions

• Redevelopments

• Petrol filling stations
