Ladbrokes has assigned its leasehold interest of 4-5 Trafalgar Buildings, Northumberland Avenue to Caffe Concerto. The prominent property, near to Trafalgar Square, offers 1,411 square feet at Ground Floor. There was strong interest from several parties which saw Caffe Concerto offer a significant premium for the lease which expires in March 2020.
