Sainsbury’s has completed on a large retail space within Eagle House on City Road, Hackney. The 12,200 square feet store will sit beneath 276 studios, apartments and luxury residences. DTZ Investment Management acquired the freehold interest of the development from developer Mount Anvil in October 2014.
Sainsbury’s was represented by Locate Retail, its retained agent for North East London.
