TCN has secured Soho House’s Chicken Shop restaurant brand for its Piano House scheme on Brighton Terrace in Brixton, SW9. Chicken Shop has taken a 20-year lease on the basement where it will be serving its marinated rotisserie chicken. TCN’s conversion of the former, musical instrument warehouse is due to complete in August.
