In September 2014, we worked with our client, Sainsbury's, to acquire a site in East Village, Stratford, E20. It was only intended to be a short-term let on a site which the landlord planned to redevelop...at some point.
Eight years later, and with the store having firmly established itself within the popular East Village development, we have acted once again on Sainsbury's behalf to relcoate them a few hundred metres along Celebration Avenue, E20. You can see the old store from the brand new one, so Sainsbury's existing customers can contine shopping at their convenience.
Locate Retail is the retained agent for Sainsbury's Local in the North London area. The landlord (visit Get Living) was represented by CWM.
